Delete your account

Placesy · account & data deletion

You can delete your Placesy account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app — no need to contact us.

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open Placesy and sign in.
  2. Go to the menu → Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and associated data.

Or request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@placesy.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Your profile, photos, the places you posted, interests, matches, chat messages, your latest stored location, and your identity-verification result are deleted.

What may be kept

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires us to keep records (for example, records related to payments or safety reports). Anything retained is kept only as long as legally required and is not used to identify you in the app.
